This is our unique 3-tier commission structure.
-The first tier is the 2 agent scenario, where another agent brings a buyer to your property. In this case, we charge a competitive 6/4/2 commission structure, which means 6% of the first $100,000, 4% on the second $100,000 and 2% on any remaining balance.
-The second tier is the same-agent scenario. If either I myself or my associate Jerry bring a buyer to your property, we will only charge you 75% of the 6/4/2 commission structure, or 4.5/3/1.5.
-The final, and most attractive tier is the private sale scenario. In this scenario, if a buyer approaches you directly, either via SaskHouses.com or any other private sale site, we will ensure that all the paperwork is done correctly, ensure deposits are sufficient (and in the right hands) and offer our professional counsel. In this scenario you only pay a $2,000 commission.
